7 days after purchase of this product which crashed my system and had to be restored. Have demanded refund ever since [purchased on 10/30/2010] and they continue to respond w/emails requesting I try various complicated solutions instead of honoring the refund policy. It's obvious that I would not want to even try this product again just to have my computer crash again! RIP OFF COMPANY! I have already filed a complaint with the FTC. Also, there is no direct number for contact.
