I am writing in regards to a pair of your Dr.Schools shoes I purchased recently. The shoe name is “Michelle”, they are Black in color, the item number is 258994235. These particular shoes have the gel-pac insoles in them. My complaint is that I have only worn the shoes 3 times and already the gel-pac insole has come loose on both shoes. Apparently the gel-pack is glued in some how, but now when I wear the shoes, I end up with a bunched up wad of gel under my heel. This is very aggravating, and I am disappointed that I purchased them because of this. I have purchased many other pairs of Dr.Schools shoes and have been pleased. But, with this pair of shoes, I don’t know what recourse I have. Please respond.
