Car give for service with Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd, Killipalam, Karamana, Trivandrum- 695 002
Nature of damage: Damage to crank case near the mouth of the drain causing oil leakage and oil loss
Response from dealer unsatisfactory. Temporary correction done by my son who is an automobile engineer.
Request for replacement of the crank case and payment for lost oil (2.5 litres of synthetic oil costing Rs:950/- per litre) and inconvenience caused.
