Stole my Platinum Pin
I purchased many items From DSN in their early years and got some very nice items, but they were inconsistent in quality so some were sent back with no problems. Based on these positive experiences I sent my great grandmother's platinum bar pin to them asking them to source some replacement stones for some that were missing from the pin. The replacement stones needed were unusual cuts so they needed the pin to get correct sized/cut stones. DSN promised to source the stones for me and would contact me when they had pricing information. They said it might take a while. After not hearing from them I started emailing and writing them. Finally I started sending registered letters, and calling them every week or so. They have not responded to me. At this point I just want my pin back as well as my grandmother's ring also sent to have two diamonds sourced. Even though the executive management of DSN is aware of this issue, no one from DSN has responded to my requests for communication. The last time I telephoned the customer service representative stated something about me having abandoned my property because I didn't contact them timely. They always knew where I was and how to contact me and I have consistently tried to contact them. I DID NOT abandon my property. Apparently they stole it. Beside the irreplaceable sentimental value to me as a family heirloom, the pin was valued at over $5, 000.
