DTV charged my checking account without my authorization. It was not a bill. We did not owe them anything, they just took it. This then resulted in almost $300 in overdraft fees. When I called to inquire they claimed they saw no such transaction and that I needed to fax them a copy of my bank statement and then it would take 10 buisness days to resolve. It is now 1 month later and no one has even contacted me. I have spoken to 5 different representatives who just repeatedly tell me the same thing, that they are only billing reps and can only forward my complaint on, that there is nothing more that they can do. I ask for a number of the billing dispute department and they tell me they don't have access to that number. This company is nothing more than a pack of thieves!
