These guys are terrible, the worst customer service ever, and be prepared, buggies come unassembled and with no instructions at all. We recently bought a dune buggy from them and the buggy came 50% unassembled and with no instructions, no manuals, no nothing. I thought it was a shipping problem so we called Customer Service and the guy over there confirmed that they sell these cars without manuals or instructions of how to assemble them. The guy just said that "are you good with screws and bolts? so you can figure it out!" that was the response to support!! These cars are for kids, so you would expect to have some kind of guidance to make sure it is properly built and secure for your kids, but not.
I am really disappointed with the service of this company, they could easily put together a manual of how to assemble these buggies. If you are buying from them, be prepared to put it together and figure it out by yourself!!
