Annoying customers
Annoying customers who should just sit down and quietly eat. I had to return later.

rude employes
we went to this dunkin donuts at 11:30 on Nov. 16. 2010 and the total bill was $41.14. There taste was really bad he made a mistake except of saying sorry, he argued and got very rude, he started cursing. The employee said is this your first time in dunkin donuts. And he was trying to fight us, he is like lets go outside. He was using bad words. And he wasn't using any gloves for ice cream, and other things that we got. We did not go there to fight, and he was torturing us by saying i am going to call police.

employees hatred
i have a friends in dunkin donuts baguio city branch here in session road.. i just want to comment on how the dunkin donuts area manager and supervisor treat their employees.. regarding on their salary they always said that they always have variances in their donuts. so that when they get their salary they will be deducted with 1000 php and sometimes more than that.. my friend says how did that happen they always count their donut twice and they are no variances but when the supervisors count it they would always say it has... what with that.. and also one of my friend didn't get his four days salary because the dunkin said that they lost her time card... is that a reason? if you want to have more and good costumer treat your employees fairly... and with care

Sold me bad coffee
On 9/30/2010 in Newark Liberty International Airport at Dunkin Donuts at terminal A @ 0400. I purchased a large french vanilla coffee. The coffee tasted very bad. I brought the coffee back and spoke with employee Jayshri Patel (Shift Leader). Dunkin Donuts employee Patel was very rude and she refused to exchange my full cup of coffee. She claims that I have to change my coffee immediately. Dunkin donuts in Newark Airport does not have any signs displayed that indicate this. I am very upset and I have never been treated so badly. Can someone please contact me with details on how I can make a complaint.

Bad Service
I'm writing this complaint in response to poor service two out of the three times I stopped at a Dunkin Donuts in two days. First one was on western avenue in Albany, NY. It was the second time I had stopped there to go through the drive thru. The first time I waited five minutes and the line did not move once. I decided to run my errands and come back later. When I did the line moved quickly but up at the window I had gotten a hot cocoa instead of a pumpkin spice coffee and my toaste bagel with cream cheese was cold. I needed to get to an appointment and had no time to turn around and complain and get the right order. The second trip to Dunkin Donuts on New Scotland Ave in Albany was pleasant, maybe because my husband went in to the building and oredered. The third trip to the Dunkin Donuts in Duanesburg, NY was again not good maybe because we went through the drive thru I had ordered a pumpkin spice coffee with splenda and received a coffe with cream no splenda. I didn't realize this until we were on the highway because the coffee is too hot to drink right away. I know that turn over must be rediculous but is it really that hard to pour flavor into a cup and toast a bagel? I don't think I'll be running on dunkin anymore, Starbuck will have my business from now on.

empty shelves
I went to the Dunkin Donuts at N. Haverhill and Roebuck at 8:45 AM to get a dozen donuts for my office coworkers. They had selected some choices. The donut shelves were almost bare. I asked if more were in the back and the csr said no. They had no plain, jelly, glazed or chocolate- only a few cream filled. The CSR suggested I come back tomorrow morning

Bad service
Dunkin Donuts at touristy Haymarket MBTA Bus station. Gloved F slouching, male at register, no greeting. Ordered 1 small decaf and hot apple pie. F no change in gloves, grabs apple pie. I ask M to intstruct her to change gloves, he refused. Asked F directly she refused! Returned the dirty pies to the bin and grabbed them with no gloves. Asked for mgr, not available. M scribbled Manjit, no business card, then refused to write F name. (HIRA from name tag). F got abusive, then swore SALLI? under her breath. Not hispanic, Paki-Indian? I walked out, unsanitary, appalling.

NOT ENOUGH COUNTER EMPLOYEES
FOR THE THIRD TIME IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS THIS DUNKIN DONUTS LOCATION LOCKS STORE DOOR TO CUSTOMERS AND KEEPS ONLY DRIVE-THRU OPEN. NEVER EVER DO THEY HAVE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF EMPLOYEES TO KEEP CUSTOMER FLOW GOING SMOOTHLY IN THIS LOCATION. VERY INCONVENIENT TO FIND STORE CLOSED ON WAY TO WORK AND THEN BE DIRECTED TO DRIVE-THRU WITH 15-20 CARS AHEAD OF YOU ! FIRST TIME i GAVE THEM BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND CAME BACK ONLY TO FIND SAME THING HAPPENING 2 MORE TIMES IN A WEEK.
I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF DUNKIN DONUTS DAILY FOR MANY, MANY YEARS AND SPEND ABOUT $70 PER WEEK IN THESE STORES ONLY TO BE INCONVENIENCED TIME AND TIME AGAIN. I GUESS IT'S TIME TO CHOOSE ANOTHER DUNKIN DONUT STORE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TOO !!

Unfair management
Recently visited Middlefield, Ohio dunkin donuts. On arrival the drive thru was packed there were customers up front and when I walked in i noticed the assistant manager Christina sitting in her car with her boyfriend while on the clock. This has been going on for some time now and is the reason i quit. Our market Manager Morgan has refused to say or do anything and so has the store manager Nicole. And to make salary while sitting in your car is not professional nothing has been done to solve this issue and i feel a complaint was to be made.

Customer Service/Orders
I visit Dunkin Donuts two to maybe 3 times a week during the morning since i work right infront of it at 39 E. Jackson, Chicago, IL 60604. I have had several misunderstanding with the cashier not taking my order's correctly. They either over-charge me or say that they did not charge me the correct amount, etc. Today, Friday September 24, 2010 i walk in at 7:09am and i happen to order a # 4 on the menu which is a Sausage Egg Cheese Croissant with a medium Coffee. I always upgrade to a large Coffee which is a few cents difference and i always end up paying a balance of $4.93. Instead, the cashier Karla M. rang up a completely different order, which was a Sausage Egg Cheese Wrap and charged me the same amount. I complain her and say this is not what i ordered. She goes to the manager, i don't recall her name, and explains the situation. The manager comes up to me and quote says "The cashier rang you up a different order it will be $1.87 additional for me to exchange you a Sausage Egg Cheese Croissant". WHY do i have to pay more when i always order the same thing and it comes out to the same balance. Funny it isn't the only time they have done this to me and for anyone reading this, they will mix up your order, over-charge you, etc.. I ill not be ordering from that Dunkin Donuts location again.
