The service is horrible. After the second attempt to repair brake noise, they called to say to pick up the vehicle at 4:00 as it was finished. At 3:50, when we on our way to pick up the vehicle, they stated that they would now have to keep it over night. Next day, after they had put my wife a beat up rental, they claimed it was fixed. They stated that they replaced the rotors. We picked it up and surprise, it is still not fixed. The rotors we not replaced and the vehicle still has brake issues. We are taking our vehicle to another repair facility to finish their crappy repairs. This is only a small synopsis of how bad they really are. We are sending the entire case to the Illinois Attorney General... I would avoid this place at all costs. They can't even do a simple brake job with out screwing up and making it into a mountain of a customer service issue. Our Jeep will be replaced in a few months and we will be buying from another Jeep Dealer.
