I purchased a new roof from Duval Roofing in 2005. Four years later, my roof leaks when it rains. They came out once and reported that the problem was a nail that rusted through a shingle. So, what kind of roofing nails rust after four years? And why are there exposed nails on my roof? They will not return my calls. The secretary is the owners wife, so you cannot reach anyone in the company. I've now filed a BBB complaint. I've since heard a lot of bad stories of their work from other local residents, so was shocked to see an A+ BBB rating. If you had a bad experience, tell others! Save many others the time and money.<br />

They also were recently fined for unsafe work practices. $79K fine from OSHA. That's no small fine. Don't know the outcome--paid or reduced. Story is here <br />
