I went into wal mart to buy a few things i had forgot something so i returned to the store and grabbed a movie than walked over to get some windshield wipers and looked at the movie and noticed that the movie was already opened so i set it down by the windshield wipers than when i went to get some shampoo and went to the check out line then proceeded out the doors i was confronted by a man saying that he seen me open the dvd and take it i told him your a liar he started to say a few racial remarks as iam Native American he said iam tired of you "PEOPLE" and began to say a few more things i thought were racist made remarks about taxes because Native americans dont have to pay state taxes if you reside within the reservation boundaries as i do i told him to call the police he did and i was arrested and brought to the Carlton county jail they had not found any evidence to say that i stole anything they said i was being uncooperitive because i wouldnt admit to taking the dvd i told them i am not going to admit to anything that i did not do
