Ordered a set of dvd’s from this company. Total run around. They will not answer their phone. They do not respond to voice mails. They do not respond to e-mails. They also do not respond to faxes. I never rec’d my order that I place on 12-5-08. I was told twice (when I actually got a human on the phone) that it shipped on 12-15 and that they would have the shipping department e-mail me the tracking number. That never happened. I filed a claim with the BBB. I think this place is a total rip-off. I have recently read a LARGE amount of similar complaints. How is this company still in business? The phone line is still working and accepting voice mails @ 631-580-0101 … I know the number by heart as I have called it at least 100 times! :-(
