On December 19th, 2007 I order one set of Young Indiana Jones Chronicles for my Sons birthday. It is now March 20th, 2008 and I still have not received my product. I have emailed them several times and their response was it is on back-order. I have called their phone number and it records. "Temporarily unavailable".

The product was paid for, but even there they took out more then my receipt says. I have all my records but I don't know what to do to get my money back.
