I ordered their product online, downloaded the programs that they said to download, and of course the product doesn't work... I sent an email out the same day, received one back within a few hours, saying to go to their FAQ page and that should help me solve my problem. When that didn't work, I replied back to them (totaling 6 times now) and haven't heard back from them. No phone # on their web page either, SUCH A SCAM!!!
