I purchased an entire set of Andy Griffith movies for my daughters from PLANET DVD STORE. When we received them only four out of forty dvds worked. There web store has no phone number and they refused to answer any emails from me - they absolutely refused to communicate with me. The sale turned out to be a dead lose to me.

Now a couple of months ago I purchased another set of Andy Griffith movies for my daughters from the DVDSUPERSTORE and again I received 40 dvds but not even one of them will work. After research I have found that Planet DVD STORE and DVDSUPERSTORE and who knows how many other names they go by are the same store. Again a total loss. This time I am in the middle of disputing this charge on my credit card. This fraudulent company is fighting the credit card dispute. I started looking on the internet and have found that this company is under a number of assumed names and have cheated many, many people perhaps thousands - they need to be stopped or even jailed, they are criminal.
