This is a horrible company. Stay away!! I just got a $25 charge on my credit card for a dvd that I reported lost back a year ago with this DVDbarn. I had cancelled this service more than 8 months ago and now they decide to charge me for a lost dvd. You have to email them a reason for any dvd's that they do not receive back. You can not just report it on their website by clicking lost or broken etc. They claim to have this in their terms but it does not show you have to email them a reason common sense would tell you that this should be specifically stated. I don't care how cheap they are. They take a long time to send and receive dvds much worse than Netflix and blockbuster which I have used both now for more than a year at a time.
