Ordered the Ally McBeal full DVD set in November. It was advertised as "brand new and never opened". It took a month to receive and several e-mails. Two of the discs are not playable. Have sent two e-mails (they advertised all discs were fully replaceable if any problem with those received) and have not received any response. Cannot get in the website. This is obviously a scam, fraudulent outfit. I want my discs replaced or my money fully refunded.
