Placed an order for a complete set ( all seasons ) of the Nash Bridges TV Series from TVADDICTS.TV on 1/02/08, order # 194783. Received notification that the DVD's were backordered, but they charged my credit card for the full amount of $164.92 on 1/03/08, without shipping the product. I've sent them a number of emails, with some responses that they dvd's should be available shortly, but they would never charge the credit card until the shipment was sent. I replied, stating that I had a copy of my credit card statement that showed otherwise. They stopped responding. Have also called and left voice message on the customer service line, with no reply.

Exact same situation from DVDCRAZE, I'm sure it's the same company. Placed order for the completed Rockford Files set ( all seasons ) on 1/11/08, credit card charged on 1/12/08, received message that they were back ordered. I sent messages about how long, no answer, but they said that they'd never charge the credit card without shipment. Credit card statement proves the opposite. Will be contacting credit card company to dispute the charges.
