They Took the Money and Ran!!!

Dwyer Plumbing came to fix a leak at my residence and ended up causing a major flood that caused thousands and thousands of dollars in damage.
They refused to give out their insurance information until six months after the incident in which case the claim was automatically denied by their insurance company because it was considered a late claim by them. To this day they have refused to take any responsibility financially for the damages. Not one penny. They took the money and ran!!!

Two months after that flood, a pipe that was connected to the same valve and only one foot away burst. Could be coincidence but probably is not.

I will never use Dwyer Plumbing again.

Fraudulent Service

Dwyer has been servicing my HVAC for the past 2 yrs. At first they proved to be reliable until recently. My fan continued to blow and would not turn off. A technician came out and said it was the circuit board. They replaced it and the unit continued to run. They came out again and said it was a faulty board, which they replaced free of charge. The same thing happened to the unit after a week. The same Technician came out and said the circuit board was fine and he couldn't fix the problem because the furnace needed to be replaced. The furnace is only 12 yrs old! I received a 2nd opinion and to my surprise, Thank God, Vito Construction came out and fixed the problem within a 1/2 hr! To replace the furnace, it would have cost me $8000 (which the Dwyer Tech quoted).

The Vito Tech said that the wires had been crossed intentionally!!! Needless to say, I was furious and could have easily been out of a tremendous amount of money for no reason.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
