Purchased a Dymo Label Writer 450 on 7/20/10, received it on 7/26/10 only to find after 1Hr and 20Mins with Tech support that it was defective. Returned it for credit. They received it on 7/30/10 and I have called on 8/5/10 and spoke w/Chris, on 8/17/10 and spoke with Denne and today 8/23/10 and spoke with Wendy. Each time I get a different story. Just want my $127.14 credited back to my charge card.
