I have two of these units. I don’t remember where or even if I purchased them (they may have been a gift) as it was last spring that I got them. When I plug them into my computer I get a message that I need install drivers for them. I don’t have any drivers so I went to web-site to download. Drivers for this model are not listed.

A call to customer support was unsatisfactory. I was told that unless I knew the specific store I bought the products from, I would not be able to receive any help. I am now the proud owner of two more pieces of garbage. I recommend nobody purchase Dynex products, as gifts or for personal use, as you may not get support down the road when you need it.
