On all of thier ads they say how they are the BEST vacuum cleaner on the market however, I wanted a GOOD vacuums as I have a white dog that sheds and it doesn't even pick up dog hair. My old Eureka vacuum did a musch better job and cost about $350 less than the Dyson. I was SO dissappointed as I wanted a good vacuum. No such luck!! $400 down the drain.
