My 70-year old husband has been hospitalized 3 times since November. I had ordered the E-Bay CD to learn how to utilize the website in October. I never received the CD but have been billed monthly since October the sums of $9.95 and $49.95. I have just had a chance to catch up on my bills and reviewed them carefully. I called the 866 number and made sure it was cancelled. I was informed that I accepted the contract by clicking an I accept block, but at this time I don't remember it. I thought E-bay was E-bay and didn't realize it was a scam. I accept that it is my fault to a degree for not watching the billing but sure could use a refund of all the charges since last year to go towards my husband's medical bills and medicines. I was given a corporate office phone number to contact on Monday to see about a refund. I will do that on 5/14/2007. Thank you.
