I had a friend order a 'FREE' sample of retinol cream for me as somewhat of a gag gift. Two weeks following the initial 'FREE' sample, I was sent an invoice for $26.95 for what appears to be the exact same item. I have not been able to contact the company as they are always "experiencing technical difficulties". If there is an e-mail available for the company itself, I would be happy to have it.
