Hello,

This company took 39.95 pounds from my bank account without my permission. I have never heard of this company and never gave them any details or signed any kind of contract with them so why did they take a payment from my account?

I have made no agreement with your company for the provision of any services or the purchase of any product and having received no warning that any money would be taken from my account and after no authorization was given, I expect a full refund of £39.95 and any kind of account they think I have with them to be cancelled.

I have tried phoning the number on their website but it doesn't exist. I have tried emailing them with no reply and have written a letter to them with nothing in return. Their website is http://www.ecreditcatalogue.co.uk/
