Someone needs to shut this company down! This company needs to be reported and someone should be taken straight to jail. E-Global wireless are crooks. I've been calling for weeks and no response. I tried to submit a ticket and it was bounced back to me. The website is not operational and it is just there for show. I wasted money on a product and time by calling for days and no response. I've called my internet provider to assist with the problem, but I was told that the netbook is absolete and I need to contact the company for help. I should not have to go through the aggravation and stress. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism, communication and assistance adds to my stress. They got me, but will never get me again. PLEASE...refrain from buying anything from this company unless you have time for nonsense.
