I am a Broadband customer of your company for the last 3/4 months.

I had purchased one Data card in Sep'07. I went to your office last month to ask for the reasons for non functioning of this.Their I got following ill-logical replies-

- That I was given somebody else Data Card
- That I had deposited Rs 165/- for the original card issued to me.
- That Rs 1462/- (Approx) of the other customer was not paid by him.
- That the other customer has got his Card surrendered.
- That I do not have any functionaing Data card now.

Mr Manish Sharma your sales executive in the deal had confirmed me last month that He will get all this sorted within 2/3 days, But as per R Com response available in the market he had done nothing. I am a business man and my business is really hampering because of this.

I request you to pls help me out from this sitiation or take this Data back from me at the selling price..
