I was billed $9.10 for each of the last 2 months on my AT&T telephone bill by OAN Services, Inc. on behalf of E-Secure Svcs, LLC for services I did not subscribe to nor receive. I suspect that OAN & E-Secure are the same entity whereas, E-Secure is one of many cramming operations with the billing functions performed by OAN. I called OAN and their non-American representative said that services will be canceled and my I will be credited all previous charges. This is all supposed to take effect in 2 billing cycles. We'll see. I also contacted AT&T. AT&T was not helpful resolving this issue other than placing a 3rd party services block on my AT&T phone. I'm wondering how much of a piece of the pie AT&T gets for turning a blind eye to this scam.
