Poor Business Pratice
At first I had no complaints about this company... I thought maybe I was the one person in the world that got exactly what they seemed to be offering - I was even satisfied enough to allow my last portion of my package to expire. Had they left well enough alone I wouldn't even be writing - however, I received a call from them asking if I'd like to extend my deal at no cost to me to use the unused portion of the pkg (free 4 days/3 nights in Key West) - good deal I thought. But when I called to make the reservation I was offered nothing more than a 2 night deal at a cost of $49 per night plus incidentals & Taxes - when I expressed that this was not what my package included I was basically told to take it or leave it & that he (The operator) was doing me a favor by even offering me the two days - to say the least he was extremely rude - and even bold enough to put his comments in the account history notes - I asked to speak to a supervisor & was again given the run around - he told me none were available, I couldn't hold for them and they would not return my call. Funny thing was, I managed to get ahold of a different number and call to try and straighten it out - this person (A member of the Orlando Sales Dept) even had the nerve to try and sell me another package after i told him my complaint - what's worse, he told me he was looking at the very supervisor I wanted to speak to. (but he wasn't allowed to connect me to her) She was not unavailable & I should call customer service back and ask to speak to her directly - you can guess what happened next... I called and she was still "busy". After another ten minute tussle with the next CS Rep I finally gave up - they can basically keep their extension...nobody deserves to be played like that
