unauthoized charge was discovered on 12-4 on bank acct# in the amount of $78.75...went to bank on 12-5 to get a printout...bank is investigating the charge and has closed my debit card acct#..is issuing me a new one within 7 days...went to website to see if i could locate a customer service #..found may list of complaints concerning fraudlent charges on cust acct# that were not authorized. phone # given 1-801-222-5269 is the one listed..called that number ..got a recording..no one will be available to assist with my complaint until monday 12-7...went back to website to perhaps find another number or address...web site prompted to get more information i had to log in..so i tried and each time i was denied access cause i have no acct. another phone # was given to call 1-866-396-5694..called that number and they do not handle cust service calls for ez grant...went back to my bank--they further researched and saw all that was listed on the debit transaction was the name grant pro and a # 760 27772-ut...no address for the company or any kind of phone number...i will definitely be following up on this
