I have been to the window of a female employee by the name of "Ms. Meadows" and yesterday was the third time that I had words with her. She is arrogant and very rude. I waited for a supervisor to expess my problem - but the supervisor was on the phone & didn't come out.<br />

Ms. Meadows told me her name and even gave me a card with a phone # for me to call. She was laughing and her manner indicated to me that nothing would come from my complaint and she was not in the least worried. All that I am asking is for someone to speak to her because I am sure I am not the only person she does this to. I know that working with the public is not easy, but Ms. Meadows shows a lack of respect for people (at least to me), that is unacceptable at any time.<br />
