At first glance this racing software seems pretty cool until you experience many serious gliches and faults in programming. The main complaint I have is the apparent unavailability of a downloadable patch or update for this game. I've scoured the internet high and low. I've crawled through all the muck on their websites, support pages, forums, etc. ... nothing. Most people would agree that when you buy a product the manufacturer assures it's quality. Furthermore, a manufacturer provides the consumer with further assurance of complete satisfaction. Either by replacing the item or fixing it. duh! I'm in disbelief that a huge company such as EA has dropped the proverbial "ball" on this in such a huge way. Apparently many other EA customers are similarly angry. Also, be assured that my gaming PC platform is more than this games technical requirements. EA's solution to this problem is a "no-brainer" Just use some of your current or new hire software developers, program writers...etc. to develope and issue patches, and updates for these games. Hey! ..(idea) while your at it how bout consulting a few professional athletes and/or sports authorities. who actually know the rules of these games! (hopefully BEFORE they make them available to the hardwoking consumer and his money!)
