This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I have ordered twice trhough this company now and each time there were problems. The first time I had to call the company after not receiving my items, and was told that the tracking number sent to me was wrong and for another person. Five minutes later I receive an e-mail saying the product was out of stock and it will not be sent. I tried ordering another notebook and again the same thing. But the site still has the notebooks for sale. Each time I received an e-mail from them it states do not reply. No one returned my phone calls after leaving several messages. I have already notified my credit card company to ensure no monies is taken off of my card. I have already told at least thirty people I know wanting to purchase notebooks for their kids returning back to school not to use this company, and I will tell everyone I know and meet about my experience with this company. I keep seeing the words fruad from so many of the letters I read on this site, now it is making me think really hard. I have never experienced this before.
