On April 6th, 2011 or there abouts I ordered the ear halo and some other products from earhalo.com. The ear halo is a rack that helps train a doberman or any dog's ears that have been cropped so that they stand up straight. I had been emailing and calling this company for about 2-3 weeks prior to find out how to order their product. I was instructed to pay them via paypal which I did. I paid the $140.00 and they received it, I have the receipt. I never got the stuff. They will not return phone calls or emails. I have tried to contact them at least 50 times. I no longer need the items as it has been so long. In my messages and emails I have asked for a refund or the products. They will not respond. This is a very crooked company. I would NEVER recommend anyone to order from them.
