"I purchased the Earthinkjet continuous supply system for my Epson Artisan 810. From the start, the instructions were wrong and the printer lid would not even close. After much searching, I found a youtube video that showed some modifications (ie. cutting the case and moving a magnet that indicates the lid is closed) The unit Earthinkjet system still causes an error message when the printer starts and locks up the printer. I have emailed them three different support tickets and have neve gotten a reply. Additionally, they closed out my account. Something smells fishy."
