I purchased a 2010 Chevy Malibu last year, and do not have an issue with the vehicle, just the dealer.
They sold me an extended warranty, and as I have tried to cancel this, came across the rudest, most obnoxious and condescending sales manager. I shipped a car to NY from LA, and the DMV in NY would not register it, after several trips with GM paperwork. I had to purchase a new car, since my registration expired. Since I always buy GM, I went to the Chevy dealer for help. They saw a woman who was desperate and needed a car, and charged me for everything under the sun.

I tried to cancel the extended warranty, as why would I purchase that for a new car? It was thrown in with the paperwork and not explained to me. I went back to the dealer, and even though it is a year, I expected some common courtesy and decency as a customer.
They are rude, indifferent, and not interested in their clients.
Their website says they are the "BEST" in Queens for service and they really care. What a lie!!!

p.s. they eluded that my credit score was bad, but it was 740 and still is. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone!!!
