I ordered an item to be shipped by USPS. Four business days later the item had not yet been shipped, nor had I recieved any notice regarding my order at all, or any response to my emails questioning the status of my order (but my credit card WAS charged $86, of course). I then emailed cancelling the order, and the same day recieved an acknowlegement of my cancellation. That's great, but... WHERE'S MY REFUND? It is now a week since they charged my credit card, and so far no refund, and no response to repeated emails... too bad I discovered Reseller Ratings AFTER placing this order...
