East Point has managed our apartment complex since before I moved almost 10 years ago. In all these years I've never met one of their office staff ...only the inspection and repair crews that invade my home 6-10 times a year (different faces every time), with little more than 24 hours notice. They treat my belongings like garbage on the curb and never ask me to move objects out of their way ahead of time.

East Point Properties as done virtually nothing to create a personalized experience for tenants, and seems to treat their business as a solely residual income entity, and nothing more. Needless to say, I've been looking forward to moving out since I moved in.
