I switched my internet services from cable to AT&T DSL. When the modem arrived I call Customer Service to inform them I have 2 computers and needeed internet service to the second computer. They suggested I get a wirelss modem adapter since the AT&T modem was wireless as well. The shipped me an adapter via 2 day shipping. The adpater didn't work and I spent more than 3 hours on the phone being transfer from one CS to another and was blantly told I could not have purchase this adapter from AT&T. So I sent it back along with the receipt and credit card statement demanding a refund to the Office of the President. It has been 6 weeks and still no refund or inquiry from AT&T.
