Joseph or Joe & Kristen Kovacs are in Bankruptcy Court they own many properties under different business names. They transfered 173 Matilda into Joseph & Caroline Kovacs to avoid the loss of a large 900K home. They are hiding assets and canceled payment on a pool to Royal Pools. They were reccomended to my general contractor by Leisure Pools and then explained that all pools selected were on backorder they directed us to a pool from Royal Pools they are also All Southern Sprinkler we are going to the New Jersey States Attorney to file criminal charges for multiple violations - maybe we won't see our money again but I hope to put these people in jail where they belong - if you know of undisclosed assets or these folks defrauded you of a pool - contact the Bankruptcy Trustee in their case, Theodore Liscinski Jr at 732-469-9008
