Eastern Lettering customized our kids jersey for this birthday. It looked so nice. It was reasonable and the guys were very nice there. Thank you sooooooo much!!

Placed order with Eastern Lettering on Feb. 23rd, paid $17.63 for 2nd Day Air, received order on Feb. 28th to P.O. Box in Priority Mail envelope marked $4.95 postage. I was shorted a 3" number. Contacted the company requesting the missing number and credit and they responsed "We use a fee based courier service when shipping our items, as we are too busy to package our own. They charge us for packaging, handling, shipping

& postage. That fee, of course, is passed onto the customer." Now March 3rd and I have not received the shortage or a credit. Disappointing experience, very poor customer service, false shipping advertising.
