The are very persuasive people and you must send hundreds of dollars to get a loan via western union. They want to fax you loan doccuments and then you fax back the sighned contract then send the money, then you must give them your bank account number so they can send you a direct deposit within 48 hours. Then they tell you to send another sum of money for the privat invester to take out an insurance policy. They are rude and mean crooks.
