No service parts available. Have an Easton Pitchback, it's an $80 item that is used outdoors. The net is held in place with approximately 30 heavy duty rubber bands (Chinese junk). Well of course they dry out and crack in less than a year (oh, but there's a 90 day warranty, big deal). I already bought a replacement net for $20 and I'll pay for the rubber bands, but they don't sell them, don't have them, can't get them. Basic answer from Rui who is supposed to be a customer service supervisor but doesn't have a clue what service means, was "tough, buy a new one." Guess what, it won't be an Easton one that's for sure.
