I have recieved constant phone calls from this company, which only ring me for a couple of seconds and then hang up, unfortunately today, i managed to answer one of these calls, and it was regarding a loan, they asked me if i was still interested in a loan and i said yes, they then asked me if i could supply the card details to verify that it was an active account, i asked if they wuld take any money out of my account which i was assured would not happen, they then informed me that i would recieve some administration forms in the post, and upon returning said forms i would be charged an administration fee of anything between £10 and £100, i said yes that's fine (as i was informed the amount would be on the form when i recieved it), again i was assured no money would come out of my bank account. Alas, when i returned home from work and logged onto my online banking, this company had taken £99.99 out f my bank account. When i tried to phone them back, they keep hanging up on me!!! i feel absolutely robbed, and quite frankly want my money back!!!
