This is a big SCAM. I received my kit from Easy White Laps today and was very excited up to that point when I read the instructions. It said very clearly DO NOT USE IF you are pregnant/ nursing etc. I was totally bummed out that I can't use this product due to the fact that I am pregnant. I called the company and asked for an RMA# and in addition I requested to return the S&H to me. I ended up speaking to the supervisor directly. His name is John ext. 23569 (not sure if he gave me a fake name and ID#). He was very rude and very unprofessional and would not give me his managers name and phone#, after requesting it many times. After a long discussion he said I would get the $6.99 back, but I would still have to cover the cost to return the product, which I did not have a chance to try out. Anyway, will see if he is a man of word.

This all could have been avoided if the ad I found online said that this product is not to be used for pregnant women I then would have never bothered ordering this kit.

I am sure, after this painful experience, I will NEVER deal with the company again. NEVER EVER.
