I placed an order with Easy White for a "free sample". That's how it was advertised. No other terms or conditions were given. All I had to do was pay for shipping, which is how they got my credit card number.

After some research, I have found that Adex Media, Inc. has multiple dba identities (Easy White Labs, Rezactiv, Acai Alive, Overnight Genius, Digital Instructor, etc).

When additional charges started appearing on my credit card, I called to complain. I was told that I had been given the terms prior to purchase. This is absolutely not true. Nowhere did these or any terms appear on the ad for the free sample. I never would have agreed otherwise.

Their customer service refused to give me back my money, they refused to let me return the product, and they refused to give me any information as to who runs the company, who is in charge, where they are located, etc.

When I tried to contact the "parent company", Adex Media, I was responded to by another "Easy White Supervisor" (though his email address was [email protected]. Who knows who's running it!

Tell everyone you know to avoid Easy White, Dazzle Smile, Red Carpet Smile, etc. They are stealing people's money and getting away with it!

I received product, didnt want, called got confirmation to send back, sent back, but still am charged for it, they wont refund my money. The ad says risk free, well that isnt so. There is Big risk here, they keep your money.

i never agreed to a contract stating they could debit my account on a mounthly basis.this is a scam and im contacting my attorney general.it will be dealt with

I WISH I HAD READ THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT EASY WHITE & DAZZLEWHITE - IT WOULD HAVE SAVED ME FROM TRYING TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED ON MY CREDIT CARD - I UNDERSTOOD THAT THESE WERE ONLY TRIAL OFFERS & I COULD CHOOSE TO ORDER THE PRODUCT AFTER THE TRIAL OFFER - NOT SO - I WAS CHARGED $137.00 IN LESS THAN A MONTH - DON'T TRY THE PRODUCT - I WAS NOT IMPRESSED & VERY UNHAPPY THAT I WAS CHARGED WITHOUT GIVING PERMISSION.

Yes, this stuff is a scam!!! I ordered a free trial offer and they turned around and charged my credit card $78.23 for what I don't know and then scamed again cause they are in cahoots with another company called Webaccess and charged my cc another $3.24 for what I don't know!!! Stay away from Easywhite, Dazzlewhite and Webaccess! Not only will you not have a white smile, but no smile at ALL!!! Shame on the on line daily newspapers that sold their soles to any advertising to make a buck. I'm very dissappointed.
