I hired (or thought I did) a car from Easycar.com on the internet. In the 'contract' it said to bring a valid driving license + a passport as my license is not a UK license. When I went to pick up the car I was asked for proof of address, which I did not bring as they did not ask for it in documents to bring. They said my license was not valid in this country and could not rent the car to me.
I have e-mailed Easycar and asked for a refund.
