EasyCGI Hosting is a complete rip off. They lure you in with low prices, get you and your clients setup on their servers then completely abandon you. All of their staff is from India and they barely speak English!!! I had 9 client websites get taken offline after submitting a support ticket for ONE site being down. They crashed all of these sites, then pass the blame onto me. This is a CHEAPO scam operation and I can't believe they even exist. If you need a Microsoft hosting solution, go with JoDo Host or someone else. These guys are a bunch of phonys. They didn't even know what Private Nameservers were!!! The sites are ungodly slow, and I'm lucky if they are even up half the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this second rate hosting company. They are a total waste of money, and don't forget the amount of time you'll have to invest to keep your sites online!!! Forget customer service. I called 3 times...and 3 different Indian reps hung up on me every time. Finally got through...an American girl answered and actually put in some effort to fix the problem. Waiting to see if it gets resolved, but do yourself a favor...RUN from this company and never look back!!
