I was sent a tape I did not request & billed against my discover card without my permission. I have tried numerous times to contact by phone but am put on hold for long periods & then told their computer is down so call another day. On 4/15/08 I was charged $39.95 for a tape I did not want & have returned. On 4/24/08 I was billled $7.95 for services again on my disc over card without my permission for I don't know what for. Again on 4/29/08 another charge for services against my discover card for $9.95 for I don't have any clue what for. I would like all thee charges removed against my account immediately.
