I ordered one pair of Ugg Classic Tall Boots for the price of $97.99, which I received in about 4 days. In 2 more days I received another pair of the same boots, same size, same color, which I didn't order.

I tried to contact the company and [email protected] to find out where to return the boots that I didn't order. My email was returned. No address was accepting emails. Email denied.

I have contacted the company on the web site, with no reply. I also was billed for both pair of boots at the rate of $101.77 which should have only been $97.99. I don't want the other pair of boots, (which now after reading the comments, might be frauds), I want to return them and get my refund.

I want my refund and to return these boots. I read on the website that all refunds that are not reorders for another pair of boots, must be authorized by the company. I only want my money, to get rid of these boots and a reply.
