Having tried to register on Easypay to use the payment facilities I got a notice saying they would e-mail me registration details. Today, 3 days later and two follow-up e-mails I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply. I wonder what sort of treatment you would get if you made use of their service and something went wrong.
